Classes

Taking a yoga class can always help with your stress that has built up during the day, our classes are available morning, midday and night depending on the time you need. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported in our training area, plus our Yoga instructor is always eager to help. For those new to yoga, learning the techniques in a group setting can be intimidating. We have numerous levels of people working together that support each other in the process of progressing through motivating each other.

Thankfully, there’s now a wide variety of yoga classes & hours, making it much easier to find something that works for you and your lifestyle.

What are the benefits of
yoga classes?

Staying consistent has a great benefit to our bodies in everything we do ether it is training, stretching or continues learning. When you roll out your mat, warm up and start your flow, fitting yoga into your daily life becomes much easier than everyone thinks. The benefits of yoga—from increased flexibility really to reduced stress—sink in when you develop a consistent routine. With yoga, students can take as many classes as they want or need, as a result I’ve watched students strengthen and grow their practice.

It’s is more beneficial if you take multiple classes a week, yoga can save your joints and many injuries that could occur in the present or future. Our teacher of Yoga has classes most days of the week, booking in a personal session as a beginner or advanced to brush up on techniques is always encouraged for those that have the time.

You can have a friend join a class with you as we always invite new people to try our Yoga class, the experience will have you returning for more. So, if you want someone to show up with you for support bring them along.
